Diagnostic Service Call — $175 This fee includes the on-site visit, troubleshooting and diagnosis of the issue, gathering the correct serial numbers for the components being serviced, and the first hour of labor. If the problem is diagnosed and repaired within that first hour, there is no additional labor charge beyond the $175; any parts and labor after the first hour are billed separately.
