Terms & Conditions Agency Group is a close protection company that provides secure transport as a service. All chauffeurs offered by Agency Group are Close Protection Officers (CPO)s. All CPO chauffeurs have undertaken defensive driver training and have close protection experience. The following Terms & Conditions apply unless otherwise agreed to in advance and in writing. Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account. Agency Group accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Checks or cash may also be accepted if paid in advance. Airport Transfers Agency Group provides a flat rate for most domestic commercial airport pickups and drop-offs to or from Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) in the immediate metro Pittsburgh area (10 mile radius of city). The commercial airport transfer rate is based upon a pickup and drop-off without any associated delay or waiting time. Our standard complimentary wait time for departures and arrivals is 15 minutes. After the complimentary wait time, waiting time will be charged in 15 minute increments at the vehicles prevailing hourly rate ($100/hr USD). Additional charges may be incurred for deviations from the requested service, such as extra terminal stops, extra stops en route, waiting time, holiday and late night surcharges, etc. Hourly Service Agency Group provides an hourly rate for all other service based on a two (2) hour or more minimum charge. Hourly or “As Directed” services allow for multiple stops and wait time as directed by the client. All hourly rates are subject to an hourly minimum and are billable from the time the vehicle leaves the garage until it returns. Cancellations & Changes Agency Group offers fully refundable cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of service. Cancellation requests must be received in writing from the client. No Shows If you do not see your chauffeur, PLEASE CALL 412-253-2013 AND A DISPATCHER WILL ASSIST YOU to avoid the full-charge “no-show” fee. No shows that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund. Reservations Generally we accept new reservations, changes and cancellations by e-mail or via our online booking platform with 24 hours notice. Payment is required in advance to lock in reservation. Reservations may be denied/cancelled if Agency Group resources are not available. All reservations will receive a confirmation email from Agency Group confirming pickup details and providing driver bio and vehicle information. Agency Group may accept short fuse requests (under 24 hours) on a case by case basis. Such requests should be initiated via phone call or email. Tips Agency Group is a close protection company that provides secure transport as a service. As a security company, tips are not expected as is customary in standard transport companies. If a customer desires to provide the CPO chauffeur a tip, it is at the customer’s discretion. Agency Group does not charge for a tip during time of booking. Arrival Time Agency Group and its CPO chauffeurs always prepare in advance to avoid unnecessary delays in arrival time. However road, traffic and weather conditions are often times beyond the reasonable control of the company and the CPO chauffeur. No refunds can be given as a result of late arrivals due to such conditions or other occurrences out of the reasonable control of the company or chauffeur. Baggage and Other Property Transported Agency Group cannot not assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any baggage or other property, nor for any property left in the company’s vehicles. We will do everything possible to secure and retrieve any belongings left in the vehicle. Please always check thoroughly prior to leaving the vehicle for all your personal belongings. Passenger Conduct Agency Group reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated. Sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is not permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service. Client is responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and equipment of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to: gum, wine and alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of drink glasses, breakage of decanters, breakage of lights, television, DVD player, radio, CD player. Repair and replacements of items shall have a minimum charge of at least $100. If anyone gets sick in the car there is a minimum $250 clean up charge. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. If CPO Chauffeur assesses the client and/or client guests pose a threat to the chauffeur or others, assesses illegal activity is occurring by client and/or guest, Agency Group has the right to immediately discontinue service. Agency Group reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a vehicle. Client shall not interfere with the CPO chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle. In such instances, services will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be offered. Excess Cleaning & Damage If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash) , the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense. Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client. The minimum clean up fee is $250. Smoking Strictly Prohibited Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $250 charge. Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client. ADDITIONAL CHARGES Up Front Pricing Agency Group does not charge administrative or hidden fees. Upfront pricing is practiced however additional charges can be incurred if travel time exceeds initial request, ir during airport transfers stops are made, etc. Holiday Pricing Agency Group charges 1.5x standard rates for service on the following holidays: --New Year’s Day --Memorial Day --Independence Day --Labor Day --Thanksgiving --Christmas Extraordinary Occasions On occasions that require overnight travel for CPO chauffeurs, lodging and per diem charges will be incurred by client. Minimum hour thresholds may also be altered. Pricing will be quoted to client in advance of service. If client desires additional CPOs in addition to chauffeur, pricing will further be altered. Agency Group will quote for these extraordinary situations in advance for client review.
