**15-minute HIIT options: (every 15 minutes)
-HOT CYCLE (Choreographed Intervals)
-HOT ROW (Dual Pulley Water Rower)
-HOT BLAST (Full Body Cardio trainer.)
**30 Minute Isometric workout options:
These workouts start over every 45 minutes. For example:
9:00, 9:45, 10:30, 11:15, 12:00, 12:45, etc.
-HOT YOGA (Athletic Style Yoga)
-HOT PILATES (Traditional Pilates)
-HOT BARRE (Ballet workout w/o the bar)
-HOT BANDS (Total Body Resistance bands)
-HOT BUNS (Focus on the Glutes)
-HOT WARRIOR (Advanced Isometric Postures)
-HOT CORE (Abs, Hips, lower back)
-HOT ISO (Isometric Compression Postures)
All guest sessions have to be scheduled during staffed hours. If you become a member you will have 24-hour access. :)
