Yes, it’s completely free, no matter how big your client list is or which app you’re switching from. We want moving to Bookedin to be the easiest decision you make this year.

No, you don’t. The migration is free whether you’re on a paid plan, a free trial, or just getting started with Bookedin’s free plan.

No, there isn’t. Bookedin is month-to-month (or annual if you prefer to save a bit), and you can cancel anytime.

No. You can keep using your current scheduling app right up until the switch is complete. Once the migration is done, you’ll log in to Bookedin and find all your upcoming appointments, clients, and services already in place.

Keep your current app running as usual during the migration. Any new bookings that come in will stay there until we’re done, and our team can pull those over into Bookedin once the switch is complete — just let us know before we wrap up.

Don’t worry, just send us a message and we’ll guide you through it step by step. Most platforms have an export option tucked away in their settings, and we know where to find it.

Yes, absolutely. We take your data security seriously, and your information is handled through encrypted, secure connections from start to finish.

Pretty much any of them. As long as your current platform lets you export your data (most do), we can bring it into Bookedin. If you’re not sure whether yours does, just ask us.

In most cases, one to three business days from the time we receive your data. We’ll keep you posted along the way so you always know where things stand and when you can expect to log in.

A CSV or Excel export from your current scheduling app does the trick. If you’re not sure how to pull your data out of your current app, just reach out and we’ll walk you through it.

We’ll notify you via email. All you have to do is log in, review your imported clients, services, and appointments, and start enjoying the benefits of Goldie!

Not at all. Our team will merge the imported data with what’s already in your account, so you keep everything you’ve added without ending up with duplicates.

You’ll get an email letting you know it’s complete. From there, just log in, double-check your clients, services, and upcoming appointments, and start booking like normal.
