Release 57.3 – Mobile App & Minor Improvements
Desktop scheduler (web):
- Improved: If you add extra client contact info to an existing appointment, we’ll automatically send an email/text confirmation.
- Improved: When adding extra calendars, the process was unclear so we added some extra information.
- Improved: We added a screen to explain the benefits of connecting to online payments.
- Fixed: Sometimes when attempting to book a new appointment and the booking was not successfully completed, the client record would get created regardless.
- Fixed: The “free” plan on the billing page had a different name than our website.
Mobile app (iOS, Android):
- Improved: If you add extra client contact info to an existing appointment, we’ll automatically send an email/text confirmation.
- Improved: When adding extra calendars, the process was unclear so we added some extra information.
- Improved: We updated the formatting of the name/email/phone fields in the add/change client screen.
- Improved: Added some help text to explain that you can send calendar notifications to multiple emails. (settings > calendars > edit > notification email)
- Fixed: In the Activity screen, if you tap to view a New Appointment, then go back, the list would automatically scroll back to the top (annoying!).
- Fixed: Sometimes when attempting to book a new appointment and the booking was not successfully completed, the client record would get created regardless.
- Fixed: Now we prevent you from being able to send SMS reminders to non-mobile phone numbers.
- Fixed: In the View/Book/Change Appointment forms, the font for Comment field was too small.
Plus other improvements to make the app a little smoother.
