Release 57.19.0 | m1.12.0: Recurring Confirmations

Desktop scheduler (web):

• New: Client will receive SMS confirmation when user books, cancels or changes a series of recurring appointments.
• New: Client will receive email confirmation when user books, cancels or changes a series of recurring appointments.
• New: If client has recurring appointment with a lot of future instances, the list of upcoming appointments in client history should be condensed. 

Mobile app (iOS, Android):

• New: If client has recurring appointment with a lot of future instances, the list of upcoming appointments in client history should be condensed.

Plus other minor bug fixes and improvements.
