Customize your client emails

We’re excited to announce a new feature that you’ve been asking for: Custom emails!

Now you can add a custom message to your booking confirmation and reminder emails. It’s quick and easy to set up, and it will help improve communication with your clients. 

Here’s how to add a custom message:

There are countless ways to use this feature. Add a thank you note, parking instructions, a survey link, or even detailed instructions for each of your services to help clients get ready for their appointment. Get creative!

You can write one message for all emails, or add unique messages for each of your services.

To get started, sign in to your BookedIN account. In the navigation click ‘Settings’ then ‘Email Notifications’.
